FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does CPM mean?
CPM stands for cost per thousand. The M is the Roman numeral for one thousand. For instance, targeted traffic being $5.00 a CPM really means that you get 1,000 visitors for $5.00.

Are there any campaign restrictions?
Yes, the page that you use for your campaign cannot contain any of the following:
  • Additional pops including javascript prompts, windows that load with your website, windows that load when a user exits your website, automatic download boxes, etc..
  • Sound (background or flash)
  • Frame breaking code
  • Scripting that alters a user's browser
  • Adult or illegal content

Why should I purchase from you?
We send quality traffic at the most competitive rates possible with the fastest service and absolutely no hidden fees. Your campaign will go live within 24 hours, but in most cases, much faster.

Do you use spam to generate visitors?
    No.

    Is your traffic unique?
We only sell high quality, highly targeted unique US visitor traffic that is typically 30 day unique, meaning that every visitor we send to your website within a 30 day period will be a unique visitor.

Do you offer stats or any kind of report with my campaign?
Yes, you will get real-time stats to show you the progress of your campaign.

How can I make my campaign more effective?
Optimize your site to make it load quickly or design a page that not only loads quickly, but makes use of things such as special offers, good color schemes, etc. Anything that may appeal to your target audience.

I've just ordered, when will my campaign start?
Your campaign will usually go live within one business day, but in most case much quicker.

How long will my campaign run?
It depends on the number of visitors that you order and the kind of traffic you ordered. Most campaigns are completed within 30-60 days. Pausing or changing the url of a traffic campaign and then restarting moves that campaign to the end of the traffic queue and the delivery time is extended. The same thing happens if you split your order between two or more different urls.

What if my server goes down?
We cannot be held liable in these cases. Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing. However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed.

    Will I make more sales?
This is dependant on factors such as your site's sales copy, design, load time, color scheme, and overall presentation.

Will my hit counter match up with your stats?
There are many reasons that a visitor may not register with your website counter.
  • A user cancels out the window before your site loads
  • The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
  • The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL
  • The user's browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
  • Your site was unavailable at the time of request
  • Your tracking software could not handle concurrent connections
